AP Exam Registration
Dear Parents and Students,
Miniversity Academy Canada (MAC), which holds a College Board Level 2 School Code and is authorized to administer AP Exams, is not accepting registration for the 2027 AP Exam administration. Both MAC students and external students are welcome to register.
Please read the following information carefully. All registrations are subject to seat availability, MAC confirmation and applicable College Board requirements for individual AP subjects. 1. Exam Dates and Session Times
Week 1: May 3(Mon)-May 7(Fri), 2027
Week 2: May 10(Mon)- May 14(Fri) 2026

For the 2027 AP Exam administration in Vancouver:
● Session 1: 8:00am
● Session 2: 12:00 pm
The specific exam date and session depend on the subject registered. MAC will provide each registered candidate with final reporting instructions before the examination.

Late Testing: May 17-21, 2027
Late testing is available only where permitted under College Board late-testing policies and is subject to MAC approval and availability.. 2. Registration Deadlines
MAC Regular Registration Deadline:Nov. 9, 2026 (Monday)
MAC sets its internal registration deadline ahead of the College Board final ordering deadline of November 13, 2026, allowing sufficient time for student information verification, seat confirmation and exam ordering.
MAC Late Registration Deadline: Mar. 8, 2027(Monday)
Late registration is subject to seat availability and MAC approval. An MAC Late Registration Surcharge of CAD 60 per subject will apply.
College Board’s deadline for spring-course exam orders and changes to existing fall exam orders is March. 12, 2027.
3. MAC Test Center Fees
● Standard AP Exam/Assessment CAD 275 per student
● MAC Late Registration Surcharge CAD 60 per subject
The above amounts are MAC Test Center fees and are not representations of College Board’s standard published AP Exam fees.
Unless otherwise announced by MAC, the above fee schedule will apply to the 2027 AP Exam administration. 4. Important Information for 2027
For 2027, all AP Exams and assessments are administered digitally.
Most AP Exams will be delivered as either Fully Digital or Hybrid Digital exams through the College Board Bluebook testing application.
AP 2‑D Art and Design, AP 3‑D Art and Design, AP Drawing, and AP Research are assessed through the AP Digital Portfolio and do not have an end‑of‑course exam in Bluebook.
Subject‑specific technology, device, and headset requirements will be communicated to registered candidates before the examination. Students taking AP World Language and Culture exams should also be aware of specific audio and headset requirements for the 2027 digital administration.
Students registering for subjects involving portfolios, projects, performance tasks, presentations, or other through‑course assessment components must meet the applicable College Board submission and course requirements.

5.Special Subject Requirements
Please note:
AP Research does not have a separate end‑of‑course examination in May. However, an AP Research exam order must still be submitted for each eligible student so that the student's performance task can be scored by College Board.
Independent study is not permitted for AP Seminar or AP Research. Students registering for these subjects must meet College Board course‑enrollment requirements.
AP Seminar includes both through‑course performance tasks and an end‑of‑course examination.
Certain AP subjects include required portfolios, projects, performance tasks, presentations, or other course‑based components. Registration for these subjects will therefore be reviewed and confirmed individually by MAC. Registration does not become final until MAC has confirmed the student's eligibility, seat availability, required documentation, and payment.
6. Registration Process
1. Contact the MAC Test Center to confirm the AP subject(s) and seat availability.
2. Complete the AP Exam Registration Form provided by MAC.
3. Submit the required information and documents:
a. Copy of student ID or passport
b. Enrollment verification for external students
c. Active College Board account
d. Additional course‑enrollment or assessment information where required for specific AP subjects
4. Make payment according to MAC instructions.
5. After registration is confirmed, MAC will complete the required College Board exam‑ordering process and send a confirmation email to the candidate.
